I own three matching workout sets that cost a fortune, I watch motivational gym videos on TikTok, and then I do exactly two jumping jacks before deciding I’ve earned a carb-heavy reward. But when I actually drag myself to the gym, I turn into a little beast. My only real competition, though, is racing against the microwave timer to heat up m.
